Brandon transitioned into the renewable energy sector in 2008 when he joined the industrial biomass energy business unit of the former Intrinergy, which was subsequently acquired by Recast Energy in 2010. His responsibilities include general management, corporate development, new project development, and financing. Previously, he was a product manager in the semiconductor industry, and more recently worked with The AES Corporation on its Greenhouse Gas Services joint venture with General Electric. Brandon has a B.S.C.E. and M.S.C.E. from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from University of Virginia’s Darden School.
